Organisation

Each institute has a team of lecturers, managers and support staff who are responsible for the implementation of the LMS in their study programmes. A central project team (LMS Project Team) with professionals provides the Local Implementation Team with the necessary support, advice, and assistance.

Local Implementation Team

In addition to a Local Implementation Coordinator and communications advisors, ICTO coaches, Key Users and often Champions are part of your Local Implementation Team. If you want to know who they are, please contact your Local Implementation Coordinator.

ICTO coach:

The ICTO coaches can help you further with Brightspace based on their didactic expertise. For example, questions such as: how do I set up my course and how do I make my Brightspace environment interactive? They can also help you during the implementation with the right information about Brightspace and possible training sessions.

Key Users

The Key Users can be consulted for functional and basic technical questions. They are the functional administrators of the LMS at your institute/study programme and form the link between local and central information management.

Champions:

Do you have a question about Brightspace? Then the Champions are the right people to talk to. They also function as the ambassadors of the new LMS. It is up to them to share their knowledge about Brightspace within the institute and in particular within their own study programme.

Collaboration

Each Local Implementation Team has the expertise and capacity to steer the implementations in the right direction. They receive support from the LMS Project team that consists of specialists from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and from the supplier Desire to Learn. We would like to introduce ourselves below!

In the new LMS you will find what you need to “succeed”.
